Editorial process
- Source. Download the USITC HTS structured dataset (general MFN duty rates, product descriptions, HTS codes) and the FAO FAOSTAT agricultural trade database.
- Verify. No tariff data is modified or editorially interpreted, rate expressions, product descriptions, and HTS codes are presented exactly as published by the USITC.
- Publish. The parsed datasets are compiled into a searchable database; every tariff line and trade flow figure traces back to a source row.
